The details are governed by the rental agreement, which will be sent to you upon confirmation of the reservation. The tenancy is binding with the booking. The contractually agreed advance payment (85%) will then be made approx. 2 weeks before the start of the journey.
Note:
So that also non-smokers and allergy sufferers can feel comfortable with us, we have decided to offer our guests the Comfort-Haus smoke-free resort and for tenants without pets.
We ask you to consider this when making a reservation!
